Gladius Motors Ltd – Vehicle Reservation Terms & Conditions
Thank you for choosing to reserve a vehicle with Gladius Motors Ltd. Please read the terms below before completing your reservation.
1. Your Reservation Fee
• To reserve a vehicle, you will pay a £250 reservation fee.
• If you decide to buy the vehicle, this amount will be deducted from the final sale price.
2. How Long We Hold the Vehicle
• Once your reservation is completed, we will hold the vehicle for 48 hours.
• If you do not attend your appointment within 48 hours (no-show), the reservation will expire and your £250 fee will be non-refundable.
3. When the Fee Is Non-Refundable
Your reservation fee will not be refunded if:
• You view the vehicle and choose not to purchase it, provided the car matches the description advertised.
• You decide not to proceed for personal reasons (e.g., change of mind, colour preference, size, condition that aligns with the advert).
• You fail to attend within the 48-hour holding period.
4. When the Fee Is Refundable
You will receive a full refund of your reservation fee if:
• When you arrive at our forecourt, the vehicle is materially different from the online description, meaning it has been misadvertised.
5. Applying the Fee to Your Purchase
• If you go ahead and buy the vehicle, the £250 reservation fee will be deducted from the final price.
6. By Reserving the Vehicle
• By completing the reservation, you confirm you have read and agreed to these terms.
